How do I book a meet and greet consultation?
Booking a meet and greet with myself is simple. You are able to easily arrange a meet and greet appointment through our enquiry form on our website. Please ensure you include your preferred days and time. You can alternatively contact me directly by phone to email to arrange a date and time convenient for you. During this initial meet you will meet myself who will be caring for your beloved pet, discuss your pets specific requirements and routine, and ask any questions you may have about my service. This also ensures your pet becomes familiar with me to help them feel more at ease and comfortable within my care when my service begins. This also helps reassure yourself that you are making the right choice for you and your pet.
How do we handle emergencies with your pets?
Safety and well-being of your pets is my main priority and I am fully prepared and trained to handle emergencies with upmost care, attention and professionalism. If your pet experienced an emergency or health issue during my service being provided, I will contact you immediately to inform you of the situation and follow instructions from yourself to ensure your pet receives the appropriate care. In the event of being unable to reach yourself or the allocated emergency contact, if the pet requires urgent medical attention, we will take your pet to the nearest veterinary clinic as soon as possible. As we keep all pets details and medical instructions this will be passed to the vets in order for the pet to be treated. I will maintain contact with you throughout the process and keep you updated on your pets condition. I will do my upmost best to ensure that your pet receives adequate care in an emergency.
